Guarantee

Bisque or china doll heads and parts are guaranteed to be free of hairlines, cracks or chips unless noted in the description.  Any composition body significant imperfection or repair will also be mentioned, unless it is minor wear from age.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  

All items are guaranteed to meet with your satisfaction and can be returned for full refund within three days of receipt, provided merchandise is in the same condition as when sent.  Returns must be shipped back fully insured.

Layaway

We can tailor a layaway plan to your specific needs (depending on the price of the doll) for terms of three to twelve months.   Layaways are non-refundable and, should you choose to terminate your layaway before it is completed, you may apply your credit balance (minus a 15 % of original sale price restocking fee) to another item.  

If you complete your layaway, receive your item,  and it does not meet with your satisfaction based on description, you may apply the price of the item to another, or take a credit and apply it later. 

Consignment

We will sell single items or entire collections on consignment as a commission rate of 25%, and/or you can set a reserve for each item whereby you will receive no less than that amount in payment.. You can decide whether or not you will allow layaway on your item, however, we can not make payment to you on that item until the purchaser has completed paying us for the item, receives and approves of the item.  At that point, the layaway term is complete and full payment will be issued to you.

Sales tax

California sales are subject to sales tax, unless you have a valid California resale license, and items shipped out of state are not charged sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping and insurance charges to be determined at time of sale.

Layaway and Sold Items

Items will be marked "HOLD" until first payment is received,  items on layaway will be tagged "LAYAWAY"  until shipment is completed, and items fully paid for will be marked "SOLD".  

Appraisals

Written antique doll report and appraisal available at the cost of $65.00 per doll.  An hourly fee for multiple dolls and collections can be negotiated.   A brief email appraisal and description can be done for $25.00 per doll.
